EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL
I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I find that each year their customer service is sub-par. I’ve asked for a refund for an error that was made by the office and I was advised that no monies would be refunded. The policy would be updated moving forward and that was final. I also, contacted the office regarding my earthquake insurance policy and advised that the payment would be made in full as I have done so for the past 3 years.
