Trent forgot/failed to enter my bank info: so my payments would be automatically deducted but since HE FAILED; my account went to COLLECTIONS instead and is now affecting my credit. I've tried to reach him to let him know what HE did but no luck since he's retired. And the new staff/agent at the office has been UNABLE nor try to help my case/account! Their mistake is costing me! Please DON'T TRUST THIS AGENCY.!!!!!

Trent wasn't my assigned agent and still sat down to help me with issues I was having with my claim (I was pretty upset at this point). He explained the process and how he could help me, got through contacting who could so I could pick up my vehicle at the shop today! We plan on transferring to have him as our agent because of how helpful he was! I left his office like all the weight of the situation had been lifted off my shoulders! Highly recommend
After a deer hit my suv it took the adjuster 22 days to come look at my vehicle after it has set a shop since the day after the wreck! They only gave me a $30 a day Vulture for 30 days on a rental! I have 2 3rd row suvs through them with full coverage on both vehicles! I have 5 children and they would not budge! So I had to pay out of pocket almost $17 a day for something that was suitable for my family!
