Staff is not knowledgeable about the insurance business and Travis Wiley is usually not in the office. It is a waste of time to call the Travis Wiley office because the staff can not answer questions and transfer you to several different staff members, who also can not answer insurance questions. Lack of training seems to be a major problem. Travis Wiley, Allstate Insurance; is a big waste of time. Working with Susan made my long overdue (39 years with the same company) insurance shopping experience a pleasure. She knows her stuff, takes time to explain various scenarios and basically holds your hand during the whole process. I actually spent a week shopping and talking to brokers, agents, and bots... ultimately chose Susan and Allstate because Allstate has the best coverage and Susan is amazing. I know she will have my back should I encounter Mayhem.

I will highly recommend this company. I have Susan Rodriguez as my representative. She is kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She helped me find a great policy for my vehicles. Plus she spent time explaining to me everything, I needed to know about my policy. I thank her for helping me to feel like an individual and not a number.
