Grateful for the team at Allstate who always addressed my concerns promptly and with professionalism. When I had to have my roof replaced a few years back, a Allstate representative came out accessed the damages and the claim was processed expeditiously. Especially grateful for Shannon, she treats her customers like family and never failed to answer any questions or concerns. Great company for home and auto.
I’ve been a client at Tory Hamlin’s office with Allstate now for just a little over five (5) years now and I’ve been happy with their customer service and promptness. In fact, I have other policies with them and they’ve been nothing but help when I’ve issues with other services. I don’t know what I can say, I’ve never had a better insurance representative since I moved to Florida in 1996.
The representative Shannon is such an outstanding person. Shannon has been following up to see if I would want her to search for a better mortgage rate than what I currently have. And I appreciate the follow-up from Shannon.
