Very nice and friendly staff, explained and answered all my questions in a way that was understandable for me.
I don't feel like I'm in good hands with Allstate. They state, "Your satisfaction is our top priority, I don't feel like I'm a priority at all. They will find anyway to avoid paying claims, by making sure it's under your deductible, I have a current claim for damage around my chimney which they are trying to relate it to a claim from 2021, which was for damaged shingles, that has no relation to current claim and was not paid out.
