I've tried to cancel a renter's policy for 6 months now. I've emailed with no response, called several times to have my call unanswered. I ended up having to jump through hoops for weeks in order to get in touch with someone at customer service who did not forward my call to her, instead sent the cancellation documents to me as requested. I'm appalled that a reputable company such as Allstate would allow an agent to behave this way, and for that reason I will never use Tonya or any other Allstate agent for my future insuranc... read more
Allstate and Tanya's office staff is the worst I have experienced. No customer support. Takes days for anyone to call me back and then no help. Everything is put on me to get anything done. I'm going with small companies from now on.
This office is ridiculous! It is the worst I have ever dealt with. I can never get in touch with anyone. I have to leave messages and then when I do leave a message and finally get in touch with someone, they tell me they never got my messages. I have tried over and over to reach them in order to cancel my policy and Tonya, that I have called directly, along with her staff will NOT return my call. I do not recommend them to ANYONE. Don't waist your time, customer service sucks!
Tonya has been a terrific agent for me. Any time I've had a question or concern she was always available to help me. I would recommend her agency to anyone looking for a good agent as well as a good insurance provider.
I contacted them for the auto insurance and they got the necessary documents before I switched to All state. Apparently Allstate changed or the agent missed to ask me the required document to continue my membership in the middle of the policy duration. They terminated my membership even though I submitted the asked document to the agent. Basically agent was superficial on my case and I ended up moving to different provider. In the hindsight I could have applied this insurance online without these lethargic agents.
