If I could leave a zero, I would. Everything was great until they took my money and then blamed me and penalized me for their mistakes! When I cancelled my policy, I was told it was done and I would receive a refund check for 6 months home owners insurance that had been paid ahead within 10 days. Ten days came and still nothing so I called and checked with Tony’s office which I was told (lied) that it was cancelled.
