Tony hung up on me today when I told him I wasn't interested in bundling my auto with my existing homeowners policy. Rude and unprofessional behavior that I did not deserve.

I have been a client of Tony Strang's AllState for over 7 yrs I believe. I have bought 3 different vehicles for my Daughter and one she was even on the loan/title. Every time I change auto's I am asked by whoever answers his phone who will be the driver and I specifically state my Daughter and give them her DL#. She started driving at 14 and now she is now 20. 2 weeks ago she was in a car accident in which a drunk driver hit her. They are there to help you to the best of tbeir abilities. I personaly have no complaints. Since i have been wirh Allstate Tony Strangs office has alwaya been there like family. So i say thank you and keep up the excellent work
