Tony hung up on me today when I told him I wasn't interested in bundling my auto with my existing homeowners policy. Rude and unprofessional behavior that I did not deserve. Update: switched to Farmer's from Allstate and Tony ignored cancelation notice twice. Make sure you call when canceling. He'll ignore it and you'll be stuck paying two premiums. I will be calling Allstate corporate on this.

This guy should be fired. I called about a quote for a new car my daughters buying. He said couldn't do it. I just wanted to know if leaving was different than buying for insurance. He said $700. I said what? He said you wanted quote so there you go. He is such a horrible agent for allstate. I can't imagine how he deals with his existing customers if he this rude to new ones
Would NEVER recommend getting a quote here. Was shopping around for insurance, after harassing me with phone calls, I sent him a nice text to let Tony know I found new insurance. He sent me a very nasty text telling me to NEVER CONTACT HIM AGAIN etc. This man is very unprofessional and would never recommend ANYONE use him.
