Tony is rude and he doesn't inform me of anything. He just assumes I should know. As an example we had 2 cars insured and went to one car and apparently you lose discounts for only have one car and I was never informed or notified of the premium update.
I had a very minor collision with a curb. I called an agent in Olathe for help even though he was not my agent. He was very helpful with who to contact. I contacted them, my car is getting fixed and I switched from online to that agent. Very pleased.
It was very good and they explain everything very well.and it was car Insurance and home insurance together.
No matter who we contacted at the agency we always received courtesy and professionalism. This is a terrific office.
