Everything was done with such ease. The agent explained the product in layman’s terms to where there was no question to what coverage we would be receiving.
Allstate may have decent prices, but they will not fight for you after an accident. They will mis-lead and mis-inform you to make it as quick and as cheap on them as possible. 3 stars cause I’ve only ever had a minimal problem with the office, but as a whole company, don’t do it. As with your typical money hungry insurance company they don’t care about their customers after they’ve cashed the check.
