I called this morning and spoke with Tara. I explained that I was a first time homebuyer, had bundled home and auto online, and that my lender found a few mistakes that needed fixing. She asked for contact info of an agent, so I asked Tara if it would be appropriate for me to use this office as a point of contact. Tara proceeded to call me an idiot, said she didn't care to have my business and berrate me for the rest of our conversation before I finally hung up.
