Very professional and friendly. I appreciated the help and explanation they gave me for my renters insurance.
This person that answers the phone is unprofessional and rude. She laughed at me and said "we can't do that" when I said my husband died and I wanted just liability and compressive for 2 vehicles that are paid for.
When we first started our home insurance it was $48.48 per month. Now it is $264.13 per month. This far exceeds inflation and we aren't happy about it.
