just now NEW Worst customer service ever. Mariko orbe and Sarah Collins in the claims department don't do their jobs and follow up on claims. Sad when their own covered driver excepted liability on their part. 1 week later since crash on 01/17/23 and they have made 0 attempts at a resolution.
