The staff Bowman was great and made my stressful situation not stressful. Very easy to work with and very helpful!
This office and Lacey Lee are highly incompetent and do not feel its important to the important steps to insure you properly,.They cost me a vehicle because of their lack of responsibility in what they do. It is the insurance company's job when you sign up for a policy to verify your Vin number with the DMV, this office did not do that. Allstate has gone bad. Ripping off their customers insurance claims. Listening to Senate hearing on the insurance industry.
Please see photos attached to his profile. This agency mails documents posing as official government literature. I would avoid anyone using such practices.
