This office and Lacey Lee are highly incompetent and do not feel its important to the important steps to insure you properly,.They cost me a vehicle because of their lack of responsibility in what they do. It is the insurance company's job when you sign up for a policy to verify your Vin number with the DMV, this office did not do that.
