I cannot even justify giving them one star. This Allstate has been my home insurance provider for many years.. This past Jan, they hired someone to come out to my property to take pictures without my permission. Then I received a phone call from Marty telling me I had until the end of March to make repairs which were railings on my front porch, a back porch and a drooping gutter.
