Allstate has been a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been with Allstate for 9 yrs. When my water heater broke and flooded my basement (end of May 2025), the restoration company brought fans and dehumidifiers, but they kept failing and as the days passed, mold grew. I immediately filed a claim with Allstate. The first rep told me they would coordinate directly with the restoration company, but I never received updates from my adjuster.
