I had been with allstate 25 years. Our agent retired and we were left with Tom Baecker. Unfortunately his office has nowhere near the level of service we had with our old agent. We had a claim and needed help from our agent. I talked to his associate one time and he was of no help. Wanting to speak with Tom, I literally left messages BEGGING for a return phone call and they just couldn't be bothered to even call me back.
