Sent emails and no response. Our point of contact in their office had left and they did not bother to notify customers or check emails. When I pointed out their mistake, the office manager was rude and said they are too busy to take care of customers.

My mother called this agency with a question and spoke to bilingual employee named Isa. Instead of talking in a calm manner I was able to hear Isa raising her voice with annoyance and speaking rudely to her. My mother usually talks on the phone on speakerphone and I heard the whole thing. That was worst customer service and before my mother can ask for her name she hung up quick I had to call back to find out. Still waiting for the supervisor to contact me.
