I will give a three star simply because I don’t have a problem with the agency itself but Allstate I do. Let me rephrase that my adjuster I had or lack there of was horrible! I had a small oven fire. He never even graced my door. Could not get him to send me the bill from the clean up crew that did come out. And they were not “allowed” to send me a copy with authorization from Allstate. It took over a month after clean for the poor guy to get paid because of the Terri customer service of my adjuster. Needless to say I will b... read more
