I have bought and sold vehicles several times since I started my policy and every time I have needed to make changes it has been easy and the response time from the staff is great.
Awesome experience working with Tim on auto and home owners insurance to get the best deal. Very straightforward and easy to work with. Would recommend to everyone.
Tim is very professional and honest. My wife and I sat down with Tim and went over our pervious coverage with USAA and compared the 2 insurances. Tim was thorough and straight forward. There were small differences but the biggest factor for us is knowing we are dealing with just 1 agent. So far we are happy that we switched over from USAA to Allstate.
