Never picks up the call.
Worst ever. Never returns calls... Even after a dozen calls, still no followup. If you call them, they NEVER return your call. It's a standing joke in our house. Has to be the single worst insurance agent i have had in my life. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AGENT. Allstate themselves is no help either, I call the 800 number for Allstate, and they tell me to go through my agent. Single worst agent I have every had displeasure to deal with (that is if you can even get hold of her). Called dozens of times, left many voice messages, wrote emails - two months later still can't get hold of her. I could perhaps deal with that, if she didn't blatantly lie about the coverage. Do yourself a favor - go with someone else.
Awful. Could not reach to not renew policy. Switched people and continually still getting emails from her.
Can never reach anyone at the office. Customer service is terrible. I canceled motorcycle insurance 7 months ago , shame on me for not checking my statements regularly, and still being charged for a policy I should no longer have.
