The customer service is the reason I keep writing them a check every 6 months. They feel like friends. Things have gotten a little tight financially for me and with the help of Tiffany was able to keep my renewal affordable in a time of extreme inflation. Also Jacqueline (spelling) always answers the phone, is kind, and always provides the help I need. I think I’m going on 2 years. No complaints whatsoever.
Tiffany was awesome, and saved us money we didn’t know we could save. She reached out to us about bundling our auto and home insurance, and I’m glad we listened because were now saving a lot of money every month. She goes above and beyond to take care of her clients. I highly recommend!
