If I could this place a zero star that would be more reflective of the customer service my father was given by Diana. Her lack of customer service based on how she was replying seemed like she did not care! I was added to my father’s policy without his consent just because I’m a listed driver under his address even though I have my own car and have had my own insurance for years!
