I have been with this agency for many years and they go above and beyond customer service!
I can honestly say I have had Allstate with Tom Lally and his staff for years and they have helped me when I hit hard times and always a friendly face when asking questions ! You can honestly trust them not to take advantage of you ! I would never switch companies because I trust him !!
This agent is very rude when you stopped purchasing their insurance after one period. They even did not inform you of any changes they made, which caused more expense. When arguing with them, they just rudely cut the phone call. Please save your time, and find other agents of other insurance companies. Not Thomas, not Allstate.
