My experience with this agency was disappointing, particularly regarding communication and policy management. After vacating the property, I was unexpectedly kept on the insurance policy for an additional three months. This is the worst agency to deal with when it comes to getting anything done. It seems that none of the other employees know how to do anything except Sara. They increase the premium every 6 months by $10-20 even for good drivers. On top of that, they never return your call unless you call multiple times. Even emails don’t get answered. So glad that I switched to a different insurance company and now I am paying 1/2 of what they were charging me.

I am not happy that my insurance has consistently gone up every six months when it should be going down! Good drivers should not be held accountable for uninsured drivers by paying more. In addition I feel that my agent could at least act like she respects my business. Loyalty should mean something. Because my agent only sees me as a number, I am leaving as soon as I can.
