This is incompetent agency is the worst agency I have ever dealt with. So my dad had auto and home with this horrible agency. I had reached out back in December 2022 to have my mother’s car taken out of policy due to her not being able to drive anymore. Unbeknownst to myself and my dad this was never done after sending them an email and copy of the canceled registration.
