My policy I took out not my x husband. They removed my vehicle with OUT notification to me!! Mind you his name was on it but I took it out. I could have driven a few days without insurance! Because of lack of communication! They could have gave me a common curtesy call, text, or email whatever but they did not. Agent didn’t even want to talk to me! They have lost my business due to lack of customer service and lack of professionalism.
