January 2026 Allstate sent a contractor to inspected my property for fire mitigation and found a few things that needed to be addressed. I took care of some of the items and planned to complete the work before my renewal date. I then received a letter from allstate approximately 3 months before my renewal date which stated Allstate will not renew my homeowners policy do certain items that had not been completed on the inspection report.
