Mike and his team are always my first choice when it comes to my insurance. I've been using them for years!
I'll tell you, I have been with Alstate for almost 40 years. I have seen 3 different Reps/Agency take over my account. I was never asked or told about switches. My Rep retired and sold his practice to an agency in the North Towns / Sheridan drive Amherst Area, and I am not happy with the Agency or the owner. His staff is excellent, but his manners need help.
