EDIT UPDATE TO CATOR'S REPONSE: LIERS!!! First you claim I misled presenting the home. I presented it as a manufactured home. You claim "significant structural and mechanical upgrades" that make the home appear like a site built home. WTH? It looks like a manufactured home home on a foundation. What are you guys smoking? Secondly, you LIE regarding your claim of a propane tank and surrounding combustible vegetation as the reason for termination. There is NO PROPANE TANK on this property!
