Don't!!! just dont do it!!! Claims denied no help during Heleen and run around for a year on a windshield replacement. Not even sure if Terry works at this office. 7 visit and no follow up. Also if you swich insurance they dont send you a final bill in the mail they just send you to debt collector. Great way to treat your customers. Was with allstate for over 10 years. Might as well have set my money on fire. Run away!
Staff is very responsive. They have always come through assisting with questions and providing options. Recommend this Allstate office for home and auto.
