They do not tell the customers about certain discounts they are entitled to causing the customer to pay much more than they should be paying. So where does the extra money we are supposed to be saving as a customer go? I have a good idea where.
Today I visited the office and I left there with a big smile. I was able to save not only with my house insurance but also my car insurance. They really give me a really good quote.
Ted has worked incredibly hard to get my vehicle insured considering the hoops I had to jump through to get my vehicle registered in CT.
Excellent customer service and good, cost effective insurance!
