I had an unusual issue and called Allstate Customer Service three times before calling Tanya D. Howard-Grace. A young Man named Reshaune Redman helped me. He was able to fix the problem in no time! After speaking to several agents over several hours, Reshaune was able to solve the problem in less than 20 minutes.
