I had a wonderful experience with Rashaune. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer my questions with ease and was so patient. I appreciated his help navigating my policy and truly helping me understand the coverages. I would give him 10/10 for customer service! Highly recommend!
Rashaune gave me excellent service while I was trying to set up insurance from out of state. He was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to interact with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
My overall experience here was great 10/10, but one person in particular that I always felt comfortable with was Rashaune. That young man is so patient and charismatic. His customer service is too good because the conversation can be so great that you’re willing to make multiple purchases lol I hope he is there for a long time
