Awesome Service
Had them for years and all of a sudden the automatic withdrawal wasn’t working correctly and they told me I missed 2 payments. I paid the payments in full almost $1,000 and they cancelled my policy. Then told me i could not reinstate my policy. Before this happened I referred my friend to them and crazy thing is they did the same thing to her! She had automatic withdrawal and they sent her a notice that an amount was past due so she paid it. They cancelled her policy. I don’t know what is going on here but I do not recommend... read more
Tammy is the best agent! She learned from her daddy, Stan Swartz. She cares deeply for and about her customers and goes above and beyond ALWAYS ! She makes you feel like family.
Great people to deal with. I don't like using Drivewise in the Allstate app. It isn't as accurate as it was using the OBDII plug-in device. When traveling with my wife, it records the trip on both of our devices and doesn't always record all the trips taken. When working in the app, one can change who the driver is, however when looking back at the trips, it doesn't always keep the settings. This app needs lots of help.
