Not very impressed with the customer service offered by John. Very short, with no real answer as to why my policy has DOUBLED over the last 3 or 4 years, other than the fact that "everything is going up." Well, the value of my car isn't, as it is 24 years old. Needless to say, if that is all the response I can get, I will be shopping for renters and auto insurance elsewhere.

Worst agent ever, aside from racist they are unfit. They hide information from you, aren’t helpful in providing adequate information when needed. Also they are liars and lied to the state of nc by giving them false information. Do not go with them.
