A knowledgeable agent. Very hands on helpful.
We are very disappointed in the level of customer service we have received. We had to change flood insurance policy and called to cancel our previous policy months before the policy ended. We had to PUSH to get the refund. It has now been a month of waiting for this agency to complete the cancellations. I have sent proof of other coverage, it has been acknowledged as received.
