I had a very disappointing experience with one of the agents at Allstate. Due to his lack of attention to detail, my auto insurance premiums kept increasing, and he failed to properly address key issues with my policy. Despite bringing these concerns to his attention multiple times, he refused to admit any mistakes or take responsibility for his errors. This unprofessional behavior ultimately led to me losing trust in both the agent and Allstate as a whole. I expected much better service and accountability.
