I called the agency as I had received a notice my homeowner insurance payment had not been received and my policy was at risk of cancellation if not remedied. When I called for assistance in reducing the cost of our auto policy, she combed through the Consumer Reports to find a more economical agency and lowered our monthly cost significantly. Noemi Gutierrez was absolutely the best. From start to end, she took care of us with our car and home policy. Her response time was quick. (Other companies I tried didn't even bother to call me back in a timely manner.) I feel blessed to have found her. Mr. Toman give her a raise!
My experience was very shocking. I was not able to get any assistance from my insurance company on two different occasions, in replacing my fence and replacing my food that I lost in May and Beryl in July. You pay for years and then when you need them, they have some reason to not pay. The deductibles are too high. Thinking about switching.
Terrible experience with my Flood Ins. renewal. I will not detail the unpleasant and frustrating back and forth with Noemi and then Mr. Toman - I'll just hit the low lights. Executive summary - avoid the Toman Agency. I received my renewal notice in Feb (policy to expire end of Mar), with the words that I may reinstate the policy "if premium is received within 90 days of expiration".
