I heard from my agency today in response and I am very satisfied. Thank you, Toman Agency.I just recently moved my home and auto from another large insurance company to a local Allstate office. I called the agency as I had received a notice my homeowner insurance payment had not been received and my policy was at risk of cancellation if not remedied. False advertising and scam marketing. I received a home insurance estimate in the mail citing 240$/month. That was significantly better than my current rate so I called the office to discuss. Right off the bat they say “well your price may be slightly different but let’s run it” and they immediately try to change the coverages around vs what was shown on the estimate. NOEMI GUTIERREZ with The Toman Agency is a FABULOUS insurance agent. When I called for assistance in reducing the cost of our auto policy, she combed through the Consumer Reports to find a more economical agency and lowered our monthly cost significantly.
