Whenever I call Allstate for info I speak to Kathy Valentine. I have to say how courteous, knowledgeable and friendly she is. She puts me right at ease. She goes straight to work with my questions and she always leaves me completely satisfied. If I ever need to contact Allstate I know who I will ask to speak with.
On August 4th I had a car accident. When I brought it to the autobody shop I was informed that it would take at least a week to get estimates and approval to do the work let alone a claim number. However, I call the Steven Schneider Agency, my agent....and Barbara had a claim number for me in 15 minutes. Amazing!!!!!!! When i returned to get my tools, I was informed that authorization was given to start repairs. Great service. Proud to be part of this agency. Thank you for the incredible service!
