Since we joined all the states in Brooklyn, our experience has been the best so far. Kathy Valentine, in particular, has been incredibly responsive and a genuinely pleasant person to connect with. She explains everything clearly and effectively.
Highly do not recommend dealing with Steven Schneider. He made me wait over an hour for paperwork/documents for my new car and never even completed. After that, I called multiple times and never got an answer or any follow-up. Extremely unprofessional communication and terrible customer service. The whole experience was frustrating and a waste of time. It’s a simple process that should take only 15 mins
