My wife and I are long time clients first with Sally Guzzone and now with Steven Schneider's office. We have always been treated well by the agency and love dealing with Kathy Valentine who is an absolute gem.
So, if I could give zero stars I would. We have called the Allstate office of Steven Schneider about 6 times in the last 24 hours and every single time the customer service gets worse and worst. About 30 seconds we spoke to a very rude and offensive gentleman. We had a simple request for a customer of ours that RECEIVED HIS ALLSTATE POLICY FROM THIS SPECIFIC OFFICE and as I called to get clarification on a policy and adjust a major mistake that is affecting the customer greatly and not only was he completely horrible and rud... read more
