I had my policy canceled while I was trying to get proof of insurance for a rental. They are taking a week to fix the issue and won't cover my cab or Uber fees. They didn't confirm the cancellation with me; I only found out after receiving a letter weeks later. I've been driving a rental around LA with no insurance because of this surprise cancelation.
