Michelle Nealy is my main reason for continuing with my Allstate policies. I have been with Allstate for a number of years, left and went with Hartford, then returned and have been with them for some time now. I always want to shop around to save money but would prefer staying as long as Michelle continues being employed. Once she leaves I will do the same. Michelle is absolutely the best, most professional and always willing to go above and beyond.
Wouldn’t insure my house or vehicle with Allstate Insurance, if both were on fire, and Allstate was the only one that would offer me coverage. Steer clear, worst company out there.

The agency did a superb job andwering questions regarding trusts and insurance.
Provided insurance comparable to others. They had an issue on their end with auto payments and I got kicked off it which resulted in a late payment and fee. They refused to cancel my insurance when requests and then added another late fee, after I asked the policies be cancelled. Sore loser behavior. No one is doing to pay you for a policy after they asked you multiple times to cancel it
