The agency did a superb job andwering questions regarding trusts and insurance.
Provided insurance comparable to others. They had an issue on their end with auto payments and I got kicked off it which resulted in a late payment and fee. They refused to cancel my insurance when requests and then added another late fee, after I asked the policies be cancelled. Sore loser behavior. No one is doing to pay you for a policy after they asked you multiple times to cancel it
Love these people. They're great. But can we please have some really fun encouraging celebratory custom email notifications whenever we make a payment? Maybe some emojis and flare? 🥳🎉🎊🎵🪩
