I had Allstate for three years with no issue. I decided to switch companies. They make so hard to cancel your policy’s. The person who work there after 3 pm has no manners on talking to their policyholders. I will say never again Allstate. I will tell my friends the same. Don’t go to Gurnee Allstate on Washington st. They are very rude and unprofessional.
