Ease of communicatio
Everytime I call, the agents are rude and act like they can't be bothered to do their job. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service. How hard is it to send a declaration page for auto insurance without catching an attitude?
We moved to SC in 2013 and have been using Steve Helwig since that time for our homeowners and auto insurance. Steve and his associates are helpful, responsive and always pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them for your insurance needs. Thanks for many years of great service!!!

We were in an accident caused by 2 trucks hitting us while we sat still in traffic. Our car was totaled and my husband suffered a traumatic head injury. None of the safety bags on his side deployed in our Maserati, thus no ‘Protection’ on his side, which caused my husband to have a ‘shaken baby’ injury when his head hit the center post between the front and back seats of the SUV.
