Steve is a very nice guy, however, his work ethics are poor. He does not call back in an opportune time frame to answer any questions about any of my 3 insurance policies I have.
Very personable, friendly & courteous. If not available immediately as you call, responds timely. Answers questions in layman's terms, to help you understand what you are receiving in insurance. If he cannot beat another quote, he thanks you for considering his agency for now & in the future.
Steve is really great to work with … he always answers all my questions and takes care of any issues quickly ….
