Just another number and another policy for them to get paid with. Go somewhere else with your shopping for insurance, somewhere that actually cares about their customers. I guess being a customer for 12 years means nothing.
I've worked with this particular agent and his assistant for over 2 decades. Had everything from car insurance to renters, homeowners and a high interest savings account with them. Through the years Amber has gone from sweet and helpful to downright rude. I very rarely ever even dealt with Steve Bazz. After a no fault accident in 2017 we had enough!
