We used them for our home. Called to inquire about a leak in ceiling and they sent someone out. Decided to repair on our own (costing $100 total). They posted a claim against us. Happened a second time when I called to inquire about master shower I was changing out and they posted a claim against us for no reason. Made our insurance rate go up for 5 YEARS! Again I must emphasize that zero money was paid out to us! Beware yes are friendly over phone but lack support and will take your money anyway they can.
