This whole experience has been a nightmare. My car went a whole week with no one confirming where wouldnconfirm its location. The handler called me once, the agent assigned to my insurance doesn't return calls , and the shop has not followed up, will take my calls OR return them. Not once. My phone is shut off, as my debit card is IN the car, and i cannot make calls. I messaged the chat option on the app and was rudely dismissed.
