Britney is Allstate’s gold standard for customer service! She tried to help me save almost $700 by bundling auto with my existing homeowners for almost 3 years until I was finally ready. Over this period she sent me texts asking if she could quote auto and I replied either not now, I’m not interested, I’m happy with my Progressive policy, I’m really busy, or maybe later.
