First of all, I have been with Allstate for years and have had no complaints and I refer my friends to them. I recently had to make some changes to my auto/house insurance due to some changes in my life. I spoke with Latika Gordon and she was amazing. She did a full review of both my policies and explained every area of the policy and allowed me to make the best decision for my circumstances. I made some changes that made my policy better and the price on my renewal will be lower!!
