Disengaged is probably the optimal word for this agency. They acquired my account when my previous agent retired and it's been nothing but issues with them. Made 3-4 separate conference call appointments with them that they missed and they had the audacity to tell me "I missed appointments with them" when I discovered I was missing certain coverages. This is the worst insurance company out there. Ask any body shop, attorney , or anyone who has filed a claim, awful is the only word for Allstate
