Initial customer experience in policy purchase was great. very satisfied with low cost and good service. but each year home premium is increasing by 20% no reason/claim from my side. Frustrating about Auto insurance though, they give a number and when u decide to buy they chance it for various reason full payment price , non credit cards price , missed considering violation. wasting my time. I end up buying elsewhere.
Sonny was the man. He saved me over a thousand bucks on my policy. I love money in my pocket. I would refer him to all my family and friends. Thx Sonny. Very professional and did his due diligence. Made sure i was happy.
