The Sniezek Group Agency sent me a letter in an envelope with no return address, with the only thing visible being my name and address on some marbly-looking paper. "Huh," I thought. "Looks like a check. Who's trying to send me a check?" So I opened it, only to find an advertisement from a company I don't like, for a type of insurance I don't need. I’ve been a customer for years and everyone is always so awesome - responsive and helpful, answering questions and making sure I have the right coverage at the best rate. The service experience with Allstate if an incident happens is also top-notch. I appreciate having a local team to work with too.
