Simone & team are not helpful nor do they set the right expectations upfront with customers. They do not take the time to walk you through what the process of switching providers will entail. Thank God, I never had to place a claim on my apartment, but their assistance was helpful anytime I called.
I do all my transactions by telephone, and the results have been very satisfactory. Never the best way to do business, but I now live too far away to stop by your office in person. Carry on!
